Anurag Thakur elected HPOA president

Dharamshala – Member of Parliament from Hamirpur Anurag Thakur was today unanimously elected head of the Himachal Pradesh Olympic Association (HPOA) for a four-year term. He was elected at the HPOA’s annual general meeting here. Anurag Thakur had to step down as BCCI president owing to Supreme Court ruling on Lodha Committee reforms. Virender Kanwar was elected senior vice-president and Rajesh Bhandari was elected general secretary.
