Five migrants found dead in Shimla

Shimla – Five migrant labourers were found dead in a house located in Shadog area of Chaili in Summer Hill area here today. The matter came to light when landlord visited the room this evening. The labourers, who were working in under construction house, reportedly due to asphyxiation because of carbon monoxide gas emitted by a burning of an Angeethi in the in the room. Three of the deceased have been identified as Devan, Sapan and Munna, all hailing from West Bengal. The police are investigating the matter as bodies were shifted to the IGMC for a post mortem study.
