Wasted Winter Session of Vidhan Sabha

This is regarding Himachal This Week ‘s cover story of December 24, 2016, “Stormy Wasted Winter Session of Vidhan Sabha”. The short session was marked by heated exchanges between ruling and opposition members. As a result, nothing could be achieved and many issues confronting Himachal remained untouched. Disruption of smooth conduct of the house is becoming routine whereas there should be constructive debate for the welfare and progress of people and state. This session was also marked by suspension of three BJP MLAs. The elected representatives should put in efforts to  mitigate the problems of people rather than indulging in allegations and counter allegations.

BSNL Lacks In Providing 4G Services

Private companies fighting it all to grab the mass market share by announcing new and free 4G service offers. The data fight between Reliance Jio and Airtel has definitely benefitted consumers. However amidst all this showering of data offers, BSNL has lost somewhere. The consumers using BSNL SIM are still waiting for its operator to announce that it is starting 4G services for its consumers also. Free 4G data is still a dream, BSNL has not even announced it at a charge here in Himachal. It is surprising as to why despite all government and infrastructural backup, BSNL is failing to provide best of services.
