One held with 11 kg charas in Kullu

Kullu – The police has nabbed a person and seized 11 kg charas from his possession during a naka put up at Bhunter-Manikaran  raod on Tuesday night. The accused, identified as Roshan Gurng of Nepalese origin, was intercepted and 11 kg charas was recovered from his possession. The accused has reportedly told the police that a woman, also or Nepalese origin, had allured him to transport the charas. The police are investigating the matter after registering a case.
