Guv, CM mourn killing of soldiers

Shimla – Governor Acharya Devvrat and Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh have condoled the killing of three soldiers from Himachal Pradesh in Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir during an encounter with the terrorists. They expressed sympathies with the family members  and prayed for peace of the departed souls.
