SJVN donates Rs. 1 crore towards CMRF

Shimla – Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur was presented a cheque of Rs 1 crore by Sutlej Jal Vidyut Nigam (SJVN) towards Chief Minister’s Relief Fund here today by its Chairman-cum-Chief Managing Director Nand Lal Sharma. Chief Minister while thanking the SJVN said the government accepts this noble gesture with gratitude towards the Nigam. He said that the funds would go a long way in helping the poorest of poor to meet the medical expenses. The people, the Boards and Corporations should voluntarily come to donate towards CM relief Fund, he said.
