Shimla – The state government has created a new Sub Division at Thunag and one Sub-tehsil Chhatri in Mandidistrict. The new sub division Thunag would constitute the entire Thunag tehsil along with five patwar circles of newly created Sub Telsil Chhatri and one Patwar circle of Tehsil Balichoki from Sub division Chachiot. The SDM has also been posted at the newly created Sub-Division for the convenience of the masses. An official spokesman of the state government said here that the headquarter of the new Sub Division (Civil) Thunag would be at Thunag in Mandi district.
