Chamba’s Kickboxer In European Cup

Kickboxer Simranjeet Singh will represent India in the European Cup scheduled to be held between March 16 and 19 in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. He is the only sportsperson from Himachal who has been selected to fight for India in the European Championship. Hailing from Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh, Simranjeet expressed his gratification before media after his selection. He is hopeful of performing well in the championship. I am learning techniques watching videos on YouTube, he further said. Three time gold medalist in national games is a big admirer of boxer Mike Tyson. His performance in the European Championship will confirm ticket for the World Cup.
