Guv, CM mourns Sunil Sharma’s demise

Shimla – Governor Acharya Devvrat and Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur have mourned the demise of senior journalist Sunil Sharma, who passed away today at the age of 49. Presently, he was working as State Bureau Chief of Divya Himachal Hindi daily at Shimla. Governor Acharya Devvrat expressed his sympathies with the grief-stricken family members. He also prayed to the Almighty to give peace to the departed soul. Jai Ram Thakur said that Sunil Sharma was a committed journalist, who always maintained ethics of journalism. He said that his demise has created a void in the field of journalism. He prayed for the peace of the departed soul. Chief Minister along-with Education Minister Suresh Bhardwaj visited the residence of Sunil Sharma at Jakhu and conveyed their sympathies with the bereaved family members.   Cabinet Ministers have also mourned the death of Shri Sunil Sharma and expressed their sympathies with the bereaved family. Director, Information and Public Relations Anupam Kashyap has also mourned the sad demise of Sunil Sharma. He prayed for peace to the departed soul and strength to the family to bear this irreparable loss.
