HM Celebrates Birthday with Special Children

Shimla –  Health and Family Welfare Minister Vipin Singh Parmar visited Deaf and Dumb School at Dhalli in the late evening and celebrated his birthday with special children. Parmar said that State government was giving special emphasis on welfare of special children and education, food and shelter facilities were being provided to them. He urged teachers and staff members at school to work for the welfare of these children with commitment and dedication.
