Shimla – Raising questions over the CBI probe into rape and murder case of a Kotkhai schoolgirl, Himachal Pradesh High Court today summoned CBI director to appear before it on April 18. The order was passed by a special bench comprising acting Chief Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice Sandeep Sharma during a hearing.
