Shimla – Cold wave conditions continued unabated in the tribal areas and mid-hills of Himachal Pradesh. The mercury dropped and stayed close to freezing point at several places. The local MeT office has forecast rains or snowfall at isolated places with dry weather prevailing up to December 29.
