Shimla – Cold wave conditions continued unabated in the tribal areas and mid-hills of Himachal Pradesh. The mercury dropped and stayed close to freezing point at several places. The local MeT office has forecast rains or snowfall at isolated places with dry weather prevailing up to December 29.

Shimla – The Congress has dissolved Shimla, Urban unit following party candidate’s humiliating defeat in Himachal assembly elections. The district president Pradeep Singh Bhujja will continue to hold his post. The Congress candidate remained at fourth position while losing his security deposit.
HP CM: Observers take feedback; return
Shimla – The BJP’s central observers returned to Delhi after taking feedback for the post of Himachal chief minister. They will submit their report to the party’s central parliamentary board that will take a final call on the issue.
Cold wave conditions continue in Himachal
Shimla – Cold wave conditions aggravated in higher hills of Himachal. The minimum temperatures also dipped by few notches. Rains and snowfall in the higher hills on December 23 and 24 and dry weather conditions in the state over the next six days have been predicted according to MeT office.
