Baijnath –Keeping in view the tough geographical conditions of Chhota and Bara Bangahal areas of Kangra district, Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today announced government degree college to be opened at Multhan besides up-grading Bir Primary Helath Centre to Community Health Centre and Baijnath Civil Hospital to 100 bedded hospital. Chief Minister, who was addressing a public meeting at Baijnath said when he first became Member of Parliament, Baijnath was a part of his constituency and had an opportunity to visit every village of this segment and was aware of aspirations and ambitions of the people and its developmental needs.
