Shimla – Himachal is reeling under cold wave with higher reaches experiencing fresh snowfall and rain lashing lower areas of the state today. As a result, fall in maximum and minimum temperatures was recorded. The Met officials said that weather would generally remain dry on Wednesday with possibility of rains at some places.
