Shimla – Expressing deep concern over the rising water crisis, Governor Acharya Devvrat stressed upon judicious utilization of water in daily needs and making concerted efforts for preservation of water sources. He said the time had come that all realise the value of water, which was most essential for sustainability of every life and preserve every drop of it for future. He was speaking during a deliberation on ‘Water Conservation’ organized by a vernacular newspaper at Auckland House, School here today.
