Follow rich Indian culture: Governor

Shimla – Governor Acharya Devvrat today presided over the sports achievement award ceremony of BCM Arya Model Senior Secondary School, Ludhiana. Speaking on the occasion, he said that besides other school activities, there was need to inculcate spiritual and moral values in the students to make them successful in life. He said that parents and teachers have greater responsibility to shape the future of students and they should focus on building good character of the youth so that they could contribute in building strong foundation of the nation. The Governor stressed that students should follow rich Indian culture and give top priority to humanism. He said their thinking should be nationalist and welfare oriented. He gave away the prizes to the winners of various sports events at national level.
