Shimla – Dissatisfied over the reply of Education Minister on transfers and RUSA issues, the Congress members staged walkout from the house, only to return after sometime. The opposition had sought reply regarding transfers affected in the education department. The opposition also alleged that BJP had talked about abolishing RUSA but has taken a u-turn after forming the government.
