Local shopkeepers also started keeping a collection of long boots in their shops. These days long boots like fur, mid height, thick heel feather and knee length animal print boots are very popular among Himachali girls. With the western attire, this is a cool idea to be a fashionista with long boots. There is heavy demand for long boots i.e. knee length, ankle length and thigh length in markets. With western wear, girls can find different types of boots available in markets. As more and more people are becoming fashion conscious, the best quality of trendy boots is what most people look for. “Ankle length boots are also in fashion these days, but thigh high boots get more attention of the girls. They want it as their new fashion statement,” said a shopkeeper in Shimla.
