Himachal’s World Class Stadium

This is regarding Himachal This Week’s cover story of April 1, 2017, “Himachal’s World Class Stadium”. Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association cricket stadium has carved a niche in the cricketing world across the world for its beautiful location and unique pitch. Contrary to slow and turning pitches at othet Test venues in India, cricket pitch at Dharamshala was a supporting one for all aspects of the game. It helped fast bowlers, batsman and spinners to result in an engrossing game of cricket and producing a result. It won accolades from former and present international cricketers and also from commentators who termed it as one of the best cricket pitches available in thge world. And the crdit for producing such a beauty must go to curator.

Election Activities

Political parties have increased their activities as Himachal goes to polls later this year. Election is a constitutional process that strengthens democracy. And Himachali electorate have been particpating in this process with a view to strengthen the democracy. It is the right of people to use their vote as per their liking but they must give preference to the development. All believe that Himachal should progress and achieve prosperity.
