Kishan Kapoor to file nomination on Oct 20

Dharamshala – Former BJP minister Kishan Kapoor today said that he would file nomination papers for upcoming Himachal assembly elections on October 20 whether he gets BJP ticket or not. His announcement came in the midst of speculations that Kapoor might not get BJP ticket from Dharamshala. Though party tickets have not been announced but he has announced to enter electoral politics.
