Rousing Welcome For DHD Stars

Riya and Shriya, twin sisters hailing from Solan are scaling new heights in their career on television after they got a platform from Divya Himachal’s ‘Dance Himachal Dance’. They are playing important characters in television serial ‘Jiji Maa’ being aired on Star Bharat channel. They were given a rousing welcome as they returned to Solan after shooting for one year for the serial in Mumbai. People gathered in large numbers to meet Riya and Shriya who are portraying the characters of Heera and Panna in ‘Jiji Maa’ serial on Star Bharat channel. Twin sisters are here to appear in practical and exams at BL Public School located at Mall Road here. They did not disappoint their fans who wanted to click a picture with them. It is for the first time that Riya and Shriya have returned to their home town after making their presence felt in tinsel town Mumbai. They have undergone training at Tansen Academy located at Kotlanala in Solan town.

Notably, Riya and Shriya have proved their mettle by securing top position in junior category of Divya Himachal’s ‘Dance Himachal Dance’ event. Their performance in role as Heera and Panna has been liked by all after the serial started on October 9. Talking to Himachal This Week, Riya and Shriya said they were very happy to be a part of ‘Jiji Maa’ serial. We have worked hard before getting a break in Mumbai, they added.
