Google’s Arts and Culture App has rolled out a new feature that allows users to take a selfie, upload it and then match it with a doppelgänger in one of several art museums worldwide.The update to the Google Arts and Culture App has catapulted it to the most-downloaded free app on the Apple App Store. It claimed the No.1 spot in the U.S. The app uses computer-vision technology to examine what is similar about the user’s face to the thousands of pieces of art that are shared with Google by museums and other institutions. Google is consistently adding to its storehouse since its inception.
