Centre releases Rs. 35 crore for MNREGA component

Shimla – Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Virender Kanwar today disclosed that the Government of India has released Rs. 35.08 crore to Himachal Pradesh under material component of MGNREGA. He said this financial assistance will not only lead to completion of pending developmental works but will also help in payment of salary to Technical Assistants and other workers who are paid out of material component.
