Clearances Block Dabhota Industrial Area

NEWSThe industries department is facing difficulties to establish new industrial area at Dabhota in Himachal Pradesh. The state government has already announced new industrial area for Dabhota, but it has not succeeded to get forest and environment ministry approval for the same. The department needs similar quality land for afforestation in order to establish industrial area at Dabhota, which it has not been able to locate till yet.

According to sources, officials have discussed about other options and inspected land at other places also. However, even officials are aware of the fact that it will not be easy to acquire that part of land. The matter right now is stuck on environment ministry approval and finding appropriate land for afforestation. There is little hope for a speedy solution to this problem.

According to sources, industries department has to suggest appropriate land for afforestation but it department left with few options. The environment ministry has rejected the land suggested earlier by the department. That had apprised the government about the same. The state government has directed to soon identify some other land and sent the relevant documents to the environment ministry. Other departments who possess land have also refused to give it to the industries department. It wanted to use the wasteland for afforestation, a proposal declined by the environment ministry. On the plea that such land will not suffice.

The investors have shown desire to install industries at Dabhota but reservations by the environment ministry have tied hands of industries department and state government.

For Starters, Chef Han recommends diners fresh cucumber salad with spicy soy bean sauce, that lends an interesting mix of tangy and spicy flavours. Pan fried crispy prawn dumplings with celery, mushroom & truffle oil are unique for their smoky flavours, and something one would have never tried before. The Spicy Mushroom & Chicken Dumplings have a juicy chicken inside the soft outer coating that makes them a great option as well. Next on the Menu is Chicken Spring rolls with shitake, pepper and spring onions. Vegetable spring roll with smoked bamboo shoots and fungus is a favourite for non-meat lovers.

Moving on to the main course, a must-have is Cumin Chilly Lamb chop, Chef Han’s signature preparation. Also a must-try is Sichuan Fried Noodles with vegetables, bell peppers, and yellow bean sauce. The pan fried tofu and tofu in soy sauce make for a delectable treat indeed. The velvety silk texture of the tofu along with the bassa and nutrient elements and the warmth of fresh veggies & ginger in Sichuan pepper sauce are highly recommended by Chef Han. Lastly, the crispy fried banana with sesame cream sauce is a unique preparation that will suffice your sweet tooth craving and you won’t ask for anything more.
