HPAT decides 9095 cases

Shimla – A spokesman of Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal said that 9095 cases have been decided so far out of 15871 cases filed since February,2015 in the Tribunal. Out of 6423 cases received from the Hon’ble High Court 1078 cases have also been decided. Besides this, 206 contempt petitions, 14 review petitions, 15 ex-petitions and 4520 miscellaneous cases have also been disposed off during this period. The Tribunal decided that  pending old matters of pre-2009 period will be taken up on priority basis by the division benches.
