Ananya from Kangra, a college student told that palazzos give a new and stylish look. This provides a modern and traditional look for girls, which is awesome. In summer season, these kurtis in light colours and light designs are cool to wear and watch out for.

Palampur’s Aksh Stirs Audience On Social Media

Aksh Baghla from Palampur has stirred the audience on Facebook and YouTube with his mesmerising songs. 30 lakh people have viewed his video and two lakh people liked it. He uploaded around 10 videos and got a lot of subscribers for them. He uploaded a video in which he was singing like a Bollywood singer that was shared all over the country. He started a YouTube channel in 2016 to make cover music videos where he sings popular songs in his own voice. He also makes other fun content related to music. He sang song of various singers including, Sonu Nigam, Jagjit Singh, Mohit Chauhan, Bohemia, Honey Singh, Farhan Akhtar, Arijit Singh and many others. He also gives his performances live on various occasions. Aksh also plays Piano, which he learnt from Sanjay Gupta in Palampur.

Gums play a significant role to maintain good oral hygiene. Teeth are surrounded by gums like collor and fixed with underlying bone firmly.

What Causes Gums Disease?

* Our mouth is full of bacteria. These bacteria along with mucous and other particles constantly form a sticky, colour less ‘plaque’ on teeth. Proper brushing and flossing help to get rid of plaque. If plaque is not removed, it will become hard to form ‘tartar’.

* The bacteria in larger plaque and tartar causes inflammation of gums (called gingivitis). This is an early form of gums disease and can usually be removed by proper brushing and flossing.

* If gingivitis is not treated, it proceeds to ‘Periodontitis’ (inflammation deep around teeth). Gums are pulled away from teeth (form ‘pockets’) and with course of time underlying bone ultimately loose the tooth/teeth.

How To Know Gums Disease

In gingivitis, gums become red, swollen and can bleed easily with or without brushing. In periodontitis, gums look like pulling away from teeth, having bad taste or mouth odour. Teeth become loose, gums recedes and chewing may become painful.
