Governor inaugurates 68th Van Mahotsav at Sandal near Chakkar in Shimla

Shimla – Governor Acharya Devvrat inaugurated 68th Van Mahotsav organised by State Forest Department in collaboration with State Red Cross at Sandal near Chakkar in Shimla, today. Governor along with Lady Governor Smt. Darshana Devi planted Deodar saplings on the occasion. Students from Government Senior Secondary School, Totu, DAV School and BSN School participated in the plantation campaign and planted more than 500 saplings on the occasion.
