Avalanche warning for some areas in HP

Chandigarh – Higher reaches the state received fresh snowfall whereas lower areas experienced rainfall even as a medium danger avalanche warning was issued for some avalanche-prone districts of Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Chandigarh-based Snow and Avalanche Study Establishment advisory issued medium danger avalanche warning for avalanche-prone areas of Lahaul and Spiti and Kinnaur districts of Himachal Pradesh.
