Kaul Singh blames rebel for his defeat

Mandi – Having lost his assembly seat in state assembly elections, senior Congress leader Kaul Singh Thakur has blamed party’s rebel candidate Puran Chand Thakur, reportedly a Virbhadra loyalist, for his defeat. Puran Chand had only entered the electoral fray to ensure my defeat, he alleged.
