Credibility is foundation of journalism: Governor

Shimla – Haryana Patarkar Kalyan Manch today organized a national seminar on ‘Journalist, Society and Government’ at H.P. University Shimla. Governor Himachal Pradesh Acharya Devvrat addressing on this occasion said that credibility was the soul of journalism, that gave new direction to the society. He stressed that any such event that might lead to degeneration of the society should be checked and stalled by way of journalism. It is necessary for success of journalism that bad person feared it and good one got a support from the media. The Governor also honoured the journalists on the occasion.
