Kangra – Senior Congress leader GS Bali has alleged hooliganism in Nagrota Bagwan assembly segment during the past two days after declaration of results. The area has witnessed such a situation during past two decades, he said, adding that Nagrota Bagwan MLA will be accountable if such a situation arises in future.

Dharamshala/Kotkhai – Three persons were killed and five others injured in two different road accidents. Two persons were killed and three other injured when a car they were traveling in rolled down into a gorge near Khanyara. Shimla –Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today tendered his resignation to Governor Acharya Devvrat today after Congress party suffered defeat in state assembly elections. Accepting Virbhadra’s resignation, Governor asked him and his cabinet to continue in office till a new government was formed.

Himachali star Sunil Sharma will run for 24 hours in Jwaharlal Nehru stadium in Delhi. He will get a target of running 200 km in 24 hours during a competition scheduled to be held on January 6. Sunil Sharma hails from Mina village in Renuka area of Sirmour district.
